Notice of Public Hearings Before Village Board

 

The Village of Merrimac Village Board will hold a public hearing on the following items at its regular Village Board meeting

on July 8, 2025, beginning at 5:30PM at Merrimac Village Hall, 100 Cook Street:

 

  1.      Amending zoning code §185-50 to increase allowable fence height on residentially zoned property.
  2.      Amending zoning codes §185-12, §185-13, and §185-14 to reduce principal building square footage minimum from 1,200 to 900 in zoning districts R-1, R-2, and R-3.

 

Anyone wanting to be heard will be given such opportunity at that time.  Call Merrimac Village Hall for more information.
